It’s been said it’s easy to win creative awards with pro bono work. Depends on the creatives. Ever hear a 1-877-Kars4Kids spot? They say you shouldn’t put pro bono work in your book. Tell that to this student who did just that, won best of show at the Milwaukee 99 and now owns her own shop in NYC. Great is great. Shit is shit. Free or paid.
